Residential Plot
An area of residential parcels is a used land in which housing predominates, as opposed to industrial and commercial areas. Housing can vary significantly between and across residential areas. These include single-family homes, multi-family residences, or mobile homes. Residential site development may allow some services or job opportunities or may exclude commerce and industry altogether. You can allow high-density land uses or only allow low-density uses. Residential zoning typically includes smaller zoning than business, commercial, or industrial/manufacturer zoning. The area can be large or small. In real estate, residential parcels are a tract or parcel of land owned or intended to be owned by some owner. A lot is essentially considered a parcel of real estate in some countries, or real property meaning pretty much the same thing in other countries. The potential owner of a lot may be one or more persons or another legal entity, such as a business/corporation, organization, government, or trust. A common form of lot ownership is called fee simple in some countries. A residential parcel can also be defined as a small area of land that is vacant except for paving or similar improvements. An example would be a parking lot. This article covers lots as parcels of land intended to be owned by an owner as units.
